Just a brief introduction on myself before I get to my work. =D
I was born and breed in NZ and I am a student that was fresh out of high school. I am currently on my second year at AUT University doing a paper in BAES (Bachelors in English Studies). I am studying this paper out of interest and because I want to take the degree to an overseas experience, preferably Tonga or somewhere in the Pacific Islands (as there is very few of us P.I English teachers in my home country). There is also a sudden interest in how the English language affects the P.I languages or how P.I languages is affected by English in the way a P.I person utters their sentences. There are more questions that revolves around this particular topic and I pray and hope that I will find the answers to the many questions that I have in mind.

oh and bythe way, I will be using this site from now on because MAHARA is confusing me - like its doing to everyone else.

oh my gosh. I love the introduction. Very interesting indeed. And about the Mahara thing... i totally agree with you, like i'll be joining you on that too. Its soo bloody confusing aggggraahh. By the way, was that a part of your proposel there? Well love the idea. I can see alot of good and useful tips from you.

HAHA...Yeap, that was a little bit of my purposal at the end of my introduction. Though I will be posting my full proposal soon from my mahara site. Though I did tell Darryl that I will be moving from Mahara to here. =D

ReplyDeleteHAHA... thanks for that Deli =D though I am thinking of changing my purposal... what im trying to research is kind of hard. Especially there is hardly any information on Pacific Islanders and speaking English.
